Partner Program · White-label · Multi-tenant

Your clients. Your brand. Our AI SOC.

White-label the platform and resell it under your own name. Multi-tenancy that actually isolates. Per-tenant LLM keys for cost control. Revenue share that respects the work. For MSSPs, MSPs, and consultancies that need a real AI layer on Wazuh without the 18 months of building it.

01 · Why partner with us

Three reasons most partner programs fail. Here is how ours does not.

We have been the partner. We have seen the bad agreements: the clawbacks, the quarterly pressure, the co-marketing that costs more than it earns. This program is built to not be those things.

01

Build vs license.

18 months and a security team, or ship in week one.

Building an AI SOC platform from scratch takes 18 months and a security engineering team. We did it. License the platform, white-label the dashboard, and deliver to clients from day one.

02

Open source you can trust.

Wazuh underneath. Inspect the code. Own the stack.

The detection layer is Wazuh, an OSS SIEM you have probably already run. The AI layer is ours, fully reviewable. No lock-in trap. If the partnership ends, your clients keep running on the open stack.

03

A model that respects you.

No clawback. No quotas. No pressure.

Tiered revenue share that improves with volume. You set client pricing, we do not dictate it. No clawback if a client churns mid-year. The deal you close is the deal you keep.

02 · What you get

Twelve concrete things in the partner package.

Not a marketing list. The actual deliverables when you sign, grouped by what they do for you.

Product

White-label dashboard

Your logo, your colors, your domain. Clients see your brand, never ours.

Product

Multi-tenant architecture

Org-level isolation per client. Fernet-encrypted configs. No data crossing tenants.

Product

Per-tenant LLM provider

One client on Anthropic, another on OpenAI, a third on local Ollama. Cost control per relationship.

Product

Cost tracking by tenant

Token usage, LLM spend, and infra cost, all per client. Bill them with confidence.

Go-to-market

Partner sales support

Joint deal calls when you want them. A technical SE on key opportunities. No pressure to use us on every deal.

Go-to-market

Custom client demos

We demo to your clients under your brand, or hand you the deck and let you run it.

Go-to-market

Co-marketing if you want

Case studies, joint webinars, conference slots. Optional, never required.

Go-to-market

Pricing freedom

You set what your clients pay. We do not dictate margins or floor pricing.

Operations

Training for your team

Two-day intensive on architecture, deployment, operations, and troubleshooting. Your engineers leave certified.

Operations

Tier-2 and Tier-3 support

You handle Tier-1 with your client. We back you on harder issues, direct to our engineering.

Operations

Quarterly roadmap input

Your client requests get prioritized in the platform roadmap. You influence what ships.

Operations

Free internal-use license

Run the platform for your own SOC at no cost. Eat your own dog food.

03 · Partner economics

How the money actually works.

Exact percentages live in the partnership conversation. They move with your volume commitment, deal size, and the tier you license. Here is the framework so you know what you are walking into.

ModelDetail
Tiered revenue share
E-01Margin improves with active client count and total volume. Your committed pricing is published to you upfront, no surprises at renewal.
You set client pricing
E-02We do not dictate floor or list price. Your sales motion, your margin call. We license at our wholesale rate to you.
No clawback
E-03If a client churns mid-year, your earned revenue stays earned. We do not reverse commissions on cancelled accounts.
Monthly or annual billing
E-04Bill clients however you bill them. We invoice you monthly in arrears or annually upfront, your call.
Internal-use free
E-05Run the platform for your own SOC at no licensing cost. Use it as a reference deployment in client demos.
04 · Who fits

Honest qualification, six lines.

A bad partnership wastes both our weekends. Here is who succeeds with us, and who should keep looking.

◆ Fit

Existing MSSP / MDR provider

10+ active client relationships. You already sell managed security and want better SIEM economics.

◆ Fit

Consultancy moving to recurring revenue

Project-based today. You want a managed services line and have the technical depth to deliver.

◆ Fit

Wazuh-savvy MSP expanding into security

You already deploy Wazuh. You want real AI triage on top instead of default rule-pack noise.

◆ Fit

Regional or vertical specialist

Strong in a country, language, industry, or compliance regime. Better you own that segment than we compete for it.

◆ Not a fit

Resellers without security expertise

If you cannot deliver Tier-1 support to your own clients, the partnership fails on day one.

◆ Not a fit

Want exclusive territory rights

Hard no on most regions. We consider it for a small set of vertical or country combinations with strong commitment.

05 · How a partnership starts

Five steps. About six weeks from intro to live partner.

No 6-month qualification cycles. No 12-meeting evaluations. We move at the speed of mutual interest.

MilestoneWhen
Week 0 · Intro call · 30 min
01We qualify each other. You describe your business, we describe the platform. If neither of us flinches, we book the deep dive.
Week 1 · Deep dive · 90 min
02Architecture walkthrough. Multi-tenancy demo. Economics with real numbers. NDA signed if needed.
Weeks 2-3 · Pilot on 1 client
03We deploy on one of your clients at our cost. 30 days. They see white-label. You see what operations look like.
Week 4 · Partnership contract
04If the pilot lands, we paper the partnership. Standard agreement, lawyered terms, room for your concerns.
Weeks 5+ · Launch and onboard
05Two-day technical training for your engineers. Sales enablement for your AEs. First 3 deployments with our SE alongside.
06 · Common questions

What partners actually ask first.

Can we resell to clients in our region? +
Yes. Most partnerships are non-exclusive by region. We are happy to focus our direct sales away from your strong markets if you commit to volume there. Specifics in the partnership conversation.
We have reseller agreements with other vendors. Conflict? +
We do not require exclusivity. If your clients use multiple security tools, that is normal and expected. If a client wants Wazuh plus our AI layer over your other SIEM, that is your sales call to make.
How does support split between you and us? +
Tier-1 is yours, your client relationship and your calls. We handle Tier-2 and Tier-3: deep technical, platform bugs, integration issues. Direct Slack to our engineering during onboarding. Response SLA defined per partner.
Can we customize the dashboard beyond branding? +
Yes, within reason. Custom widgets, branded reporting templates, and your own integrations are supported. Deep architectural changes go on the roadmap conversation. We are not a custom-software shop.
What about multi-LLM setups for client cost control? +
Built in. Each tenant can use a different LLM provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Groq, local Ollama, others). Cost tracking is per-tenant. Some partners use this to offer multiple price tiers to their own clients.
Do you sell direct in our territory after we sign? +
We default to non-exclusive but commit to good-faith routing. If a direct lead comes from your territory, we route to you first. Conflicts handled per the agreement, usually first-touch wins.
What is the minimum commitment to become a partner? +
Onboarding is mutual: your engineering time for training, our SE time for first deployments. No revenue minimums in year one. We do require active engagement, deploying for real clients, not collecting partnership badges.
